The largest, most sophisticated, and powerful icebreaker ever constructed, 50 Years of Victory is the first Arktika-class icebreaker to have a spoon-shaped bow. It is nuclear powered and has an all-new automated digital control system.  50 Years of Victory passengers tend to be Adventurous 35-65 and singles and International. When all cabins have double occupancy, the ship provides a space ratio of 183.2 tons per passenger and a crew to passenger ratio of one for every 0.9 passengers. At full capacity the space ratio is 183.2 tons per passenger and the crew ratio is one to 0.9 passengers.

DRESS CODE
Dress is informal. Comfortable, casual clothing for all inside activities, and good footwear. Gentlemen may wish to bring a coat and tie, and ladies a cocktail dress for the Captain's Welcome and Farewell parties but this is certainly not necessary.
TIPPING
Gratuities are divided amongst the entire crew/hotel staff. The guideline is US$9 - US$12 per passenger per day.

Wheelchair access is unsuitable. The ship has no special provisions for severely handicapped persons. Doors are heavy and not too wide. Outside doors have sills. Metal decks can be slippery and icy.  Hoists are not provided and passengers will need to bring their own.
