Pacific Jewel is quite spacious and has plenty of lounges. It offers a casual and good value cruise experience for those who like buffet dining and lots of activities. Best suited to families, younger couples and first time cruisers.  Pacific Jewel passengers tend to be Fun loving mixed ages and Mainly from Australia & New Zealand. When all cabins have double occupancy, the ship provides a space ratio of 42.1 tons per passenger and a crew to passenger ratio of one for every 2.3 passengers. At full capacity the space ratio is 36.8 tons per passenger and the crew ratio is one to 2.6 passengers.

Casual and comfortable during the day. Evenings range from smart casual (shirt & trousers) to informal (jacket and tie for gentlemen and casual elegance for ladies). Formal evenings require a suit or dinner jacket for men and a cocktail dress for ladies.
TIPPING
Allow £3.50 per passenger day for cabin and restaurant staff. 15% will automatically be added on all drinks and beauty treatments.

Wheelchair access is good. There are wheelchair adapted cabins but difficulties going ashore may be experienced where tenders are used or the gangway access is steep.  Hoists are not provided and passengers will need to bring their own.
